One of the most impressive discoveries I made during winter 2018/2019 was a beer produced by the brewery Forst in South Tyrol.
Forst decided to combine the taste of the indigenous Lagrein wine with their Forst Felsenkeller Bier.
The result is called Forst Lagrein Bier and for the moment, you can only get it when dining in some of the restaurants at the brewery head quarter in South Tyrol.
It is delicious! And I hope they will start selling it not only at their HQ, so more people will be able to taste it.
